Replacing license on HA system

Hi

I have HA 3CX v18 update 9 build 31 on Windows server 2016.
I replaced the ENT license on the active server with a new bigger ENT license by disabling the failover function. No problem.
But on the passive server it does not want to replace the license.
Please help to get the license changed on the standby.

Why not restoring your backup that have license and FQDN from the active server as well as all the update information?

Hi, I have tried that and I thought it would restore the license too but it did not.

So on the active server, when you replicate the license key, did you get any error message? Can you activate by going to License > Edit > and then click OK?

I see this message now, let me check with the firewall team if this is allowed.

Perfect. Ensure also your DNS is 8.8.8.8 as it can be an issue there.
