Replacing you perpetual license for the free 1 year 16sc

Hi everyone.

Have an 8 SC pro perpetual license however, looks like I will need to have 6sc dedicated to 6 extensions and the 2 left will not be enough for the rest of the system.

I am already considering trad8ng my license for the yearly one.

Can I replace my current license by the 16SC free to test how It will behave and if it will be enough? I know many features will not be available since it's a standard an not pro but I think it worth trying.

Can I do it and if needed afterwards activate my perpetual license again if not relevant?

Why not just download and try the 16SC and see how it goes and just leave the perpetual unused for the time?

@daktur Converting your license is a one-way road. There is a comparison between STD and PRO available here . But if you want to see for yourself you can always get a new 1 year key to test.

This is a matter is cost since I will have to build up a new server. Less work, laziness maybe. Lol

I am not planning to convert, I am planning to replace on an existing and already running server.

currently replace of a key of a running system is not possible, not saying to much, but may wait for a bit...
