There are a couple of limitations we have found with server version 20, one that is very limiting for our system we are developing to capture and transcribe call recordings.
1. Lack of ability to schedule reports for specific times of day. I know where we can change the common one time of day (hours and minutes) when reports are sent, but cannot specify hours and minutes for individual reports. (I believe this has been raised in another forum post - sorry for the duplication.)
2. On version 18, we were able to set the time for archiving of call recordings to 9pm and that would include all calls recorded on that day, hence the following day, all the recordings from the previous day would be available in our remote storage. However, on version 20, archiving happens at 1am (as per the backup schedule), and only includes calls OLDER than one day, thus on a given day, we can only see in the remote storage calls from the day before yesterday. Hence, it takes 2 days for calls to get into the remote storage. The input field "auto-archive older than" only accepts integers greater than or equal to one. The problem might be solved if we can set that to zero, but it's not possible.
Do you have any ideas of workarounds for these issues?
It seems with this version we have gone one step forward and two steps back.
