How can i export the call logs to my email or to download in my computer?

When you login to the admin console you can choose call logs on the left hand navigation tree.

Once in the call logs screen the top bar has an option to export. After clicking export it will ask you to name the file and what email address to send it to.

Are you signed in as the admin or a user who has some admin rights?

If you are signed in as the admin are you running 3CX v16? I don't see all the options on the left so I think your user may not have rights.

Hi @Aivar,

The Generate reports in the Extension Rights section under 'Allow access to 3CX Management Console' option is the one that removes the export button.

Iam signed as admin, and it is version 16.

Hi @Aivar,

The only way to get this, would be to upgrade to a PRO / ENT license. You would also be eligible for PRO / ENT NFR keys at the Bronze partnership level and above.
