Report sort by customer calls

Hi,
We need to generate a report that highlight the number of calls recived by out customers and rank them by the number of minutes they spent. (INBOUND AND OUTBOUND)

Here is an example:

CUSTOMER TIME ON CALL NUMBER OF CALLS
John Doe 6h 50
Billy Jean 5h 40
Roman Stand 4h 30

How can we achieve this result?

@adconsulting: One possible way to get the data you need is by analyzing CDRs (but of course you'd need to turn these on in 3CX and collect them). As an example of what is possible:

We are really interested in your solution. Do you know if is it possible to keep the history if we have enabled cdr only today?

Unfortunately not, you can only analyse from the moment you started collecting CDRs.

In JEDWare you will be able to search for a number, and get the list of the calls.

All data is on your 3CX Server, so you can pull the same data again.
