not really, but using user credentials to access the API is a less elegant solution imho. I was using that in v18 when there were no client credentials grant.
this involved creating a new extension just for accessing the API, also the user access is logged in the audit log, so if I'm authenticating with user credentials every 30 mins, the activity log is full of logins I don't need to see

Hello, we have several hundred customers using 3CX and quite a few would like to know when the Grafana option is available in a production environment.

We have seen several dates on when it would be available, but most of these dates are in the past.

Is anyone in the know, when it would be actually available?

We're using 3cx Enterprise in a pretty much large company and the current reporting tool isn't anything near what was told/seen or up to par with anything named an 'enterprise' package. Release at least somewhat of a dashboard of even a powerbi/grafana/excel template zo we can generate something visually while it's getting implemented.

Do you know if reporting changes will catch the release of Update 5?
It's now in beta version and I know that lot of partners are eager to get these graphical reports, as most of our customers demand for it.
Please, let us know if will be released in Update 5 as previously announced or should we wait for Update 6 instead?

It would be good to get an idea if reports 2.0 will be before mid-Feb or not. Reports into our BI have been broken since upgrading from v18 since mid-last year without a workaround...

As per the original blog post you need Enterprise. "This BI Ready Database Schema will be an Enterprise Edition feature".

we are also eagerly waiting for the reporting feature. It wasn't included in Update 5 but is supposed to come with Update 6.

Here is an information from N_G about it:

Right now we are very busy with update 6 which should address most issues in reporting. Update 5 partly went slower since we have been focusing on this. We need some more weeks for U6.
