Reporting access

[Sirius Admin use]

Hi guys, hope you all doing well.

I have tried to give my System administrator access to reports as per user's rights tab


But the Reports and Recordings menu links are not available to him.


What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Sirius Admin use

The System administrator role does not have access to reports. The extension needs to have the Owner, Manager, or System owner role. Please check the link below explaining what each role can access.
