i setup report to be sent every first of every month includes all calls for extension
when i get the report it is always empty
what i am missing ?
when i check in the call log i see call ( cannot search for a month)
I setup for the last month / last 30 days / custom all of the report showed me only 1 day and the last month as i wanted the data is empty
