We have a customer who I believe needs to increase their licencing.

Currently 2 systems a master and a slave and both have 8 SC with 6 SIP Trunks.

Is there a way to report on the number of calls that cannot connect inbound or outbound due to limits being reached?

Am I also correct in thinking that a call in a queue before it is answered is still taking up both a SIP Trunk and a SC on the system licence?

Hello @DaveN

That is correct, all calls in the queue are counted in SC.
Also, if you make an attended transfer then it start a new call between the extensions while having on hold the initial callee.
Regarding your question, you can create a call report and see if there are calls unanswered with reason "Limited by license".
In addition, if you have configured the Email settings to receive notifications whenever the License limit is reached then you will be able to receive notifications whenever the limit is reached.
Lastly, you can see it in the event log when you generate a Support Info file. But this will not be able to show you past the 90 days. Depends on the volume of the events generated.
