Reports Don't Match

Good Day,

I had a call this morning from one of our branch offices who are running the latest version of v16.

The output of an extension statistic report does not match a user activity graph over the same one day period. I had the tech run two reports with the same four extensions. Results below. The ESR shows 99 answered, 11 unanswered, where the UAT shows 128 answered and 52 not answered. Why do the two not line up when run with the same extensions? Thanks.

Is there any one at 3CX who can address, or at least acknowledge this? Am starting to get pressure from management for an answer and I don't have any.
