I have 16 Channels
8 for internal and 8 for external
how can i see for this month or the past month how many time i had external calls in the same time
because i want to know if i need more or less Channels

There is no such report within 3cx

You can use CallSequitur, but you will need to enable CDR collection on your 3CX system:
