Dear Support,

We are getting error while installing 3cx version 20 through the command prompt, please find the error below and help us to resolve.


Failed to fetch https://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/debian/dists/bookworm/InRelease Clearsigned file isn't valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?)

The repository 'https://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian bullseye Release' does not have a Release file.

That's Debian version 11, which isn't an officially supported distro for 3CX. V20 requires v12, aka bookworm.

Try the install from the official ISO

Thank you, we have resolved the issue by manually changing the repository as bookworm.
