Reprovision button

Hello, we have latest 3cx v20 (update3) and we have small problem with Reprovision button - not work.
When I click on this button in "Phones" Page or in "Users" Page / Tab "IP Phone", nothing happend.
But provisioning work correctly. Small change in 3cx "IP Phone" Tab or "BLF" Tab and then "Save" button -> initiate provisioning (Phone start blinking).

Why Reprovision button not work?

We provisioning NEW Phones manually - we copy provisioning link in the phone and then we starting first provisioning from phone. Is it problem?

Provisioning new phones is a case of adding it using the wizard then factory resetting the phone.
Ensure the phone is on the latest supported fw.

If your BLFs are updating correctly then provisioning is working.

Yes firmware is latest, BLF is updating correctly, only Reprovisioning button not work.

What are you actually expecting the phone to do? If no change has been made to the phone and you just want to refresh its configuration it wont really be a major event.

If you do happen to make a configuration change then this will show up as the light flashing to make you aware it is doing anything.

When user change BLF on Phone and I need to send to Phone actual BLF from 3cx?
I think in this situation can I use Reprovisioning button, but nothings happend.

The users shouldnt be changing the BLFs on the phones. They can use their 3CX BLF tab on their configuration to configure their BLFs if they need to.



With Version 20, as soon as you perform a configuration the phone should reprovision immediately.

And why is in 3cx Reprovisioning button, when phone is reprovisioned immediately after change?

When you configure something that isnt on the user themselves, like a phonebook and just need to phones to retrieve their new entries.
