Hi,

We are currently using 3cx v15.5 SP6, and Cisco SPA phones.
SPA phones are registered on-premise and in our remote location(VPN connection).
When I try to re-provision it from 3cx management console, nothing happens.
But when I click on the reboot option from the same 3cx console, phone reboots.

Can someone please let me know what is happening and how this can be rectified?

Thank you.

Hello @TechieGuy

How were the phones added to the PBX? Did you provision them using the guide or manually add them?
https://www.3cx.com/Sip-Phones/Cisco-SPA/ Do the phones appear as local with their local IP in the phones tab of the PBX?
Are you running the supported firmware?

@YiannisH_3CX Thank you for the response.
As for the questions, I provisioned the phones manually.
The Phones do appear as local with Local IP
I'm also running the supported firmware. (7.6.1)

If the phones are manually added then the re-provision button will not work. Try to factory reset a phone and provision it using the guide. See if that resolves the issue.
