I guess this is really and either/or
req details: people allow voicemails (or everything....) to have an auto archive period longer than 30 days. We have users that leave voicemails much longer and then complain when they are lost to archiving. The audible voicemail system doesn't see archived voicemails so they are as good as deleted.
I would love to see an option that the auto-archive period be extended to any number.
and alternative would be to let the voicemail system see inside the archive and still playback from the archive.
part2 request, allow for archived voicemails etc to be restored to the 3cx system. I can't find a way to do this, even copying the files back into the filesystem doesn't work.
*yes, we still have a lot of people (often older folks) that insist on audible voicemail and not emailed/transcribed.
