Request for the correct procedure to migration 3CX to a new computer

Hello all;

Can I install a new version 16.0.3.676 of 3CX on a Windows 10 Pro PC and "Backup / Restore" all my configuration from version 16.0.2.910 on my old PC which is run on Windows 2012 R2 server? What is the correct procedure for 3CX migrate to another PC?

Would the restoration is prohibited due to the different version?

During the restoration, if the current license key will be restored to the new PC?

Can I have a brand new installation on Windows 10 PC, then apply a new license key?

How can I change the registration name of current 3CX, the person is not working for my company anymore who was responsible for the initial setup. What is the right procedure for the update?

Please help !!!

I personally would update current to 16.0.3.676 then move it.

The procedure is required to deactivate the current license before installation, any reason by the sequence of license deactivation is before the new installation? Can I configure a new installation first then deactivate the current license, just want to find out how can I minimize the downtime.
