Looking in the logs I am seeing tons of these messages from my loopback IP, what would cause this?? Odd that anything would have my loopback IP in it

This is a Windows 2016 OS install, 3CX Pro 16.0.655 that I am hosting in my data centers. I know this user x101 has both the Windows client & a SNOM D717 handset.
I found another article that mentioned something similar and enabling PBX delivers audio on the SIP trunk which I have enabled already. I also found another about several phones ringing at the same time? Would that be the users SNOM handset + the Windows App I am seeing?
