Having a few, on going problems, trying to set this kit up for use with BT lines.
Stable 3CX set-up.
From the settings given in various posts I’ve managed to get it to:
a) Make satisfactory outgoing calls on all 3 lines that I have connected.
b) Ring (via 3CX exchange) upon an incoming call.
What I can’t get it to do is pick-up the incoming call!
I think that it thinks that it has, but all I get on the extension is some clicking sounds. To the external caller, the line is still ringing and hasn’t been picked up.
If you’ve got the kit working with BT lines. Could you let me have your settings please.
Also, has anyone got the Grandstream CLID to work with BT?
