With update 5, a feature was added to reset the admin password:
Forgot password
With so many passwords to remember, it’s common for PBX administrators to forget their password to the management console. We have added a forgotten password feature which allows a password to be sent to the administrator’s email address.
Unfortunately, I've found myself in need of using that option. However, I can't find anywhere to generate the referenced email. Do I need to open a support ticket for that or is there some other way to generate that email?
