Solved Reset password on an instance?

Hi all,

We have a number of customers under our portal and can see all the instances in there but the person that created the subscriptions has now left and whilst we have many of the passwords to login at customer.3cx.uk there are one or two where we don't have the password to access. I have full access to the portal and can see them all in there.

Please can someone advise how we can reset the password to access the hosted pbx if possible?

I'd suggest contacting your channel manager, as they'll be able to walk you through this process.

Are the machines specifically Hosted by 3CX?
