Resize the Windows Client

Hi Team,
We are finding more and more of our customers have high resolution monitors. On these monitors the Windows client appears tiny and is sometimes unreadable. How can we change the size of the client on these machines? Are we able to adjust the size of the fonts in the Windows client without changing the entire Windows display magnification?
