Hello,
We are using 3CX Phone system version 14 with latest service packs and licence for Callqueue. I want to change promptsets "<response name="QUEINTRO" order="YOUR_AT_POSITION+$Num$+QUEUE_TOBE_CONNECTED" />" located is xml file ResponseOrdering.xml
I need the system said the number is not NUM_X, and said NUM_X_B. How can I do it?

Could you give an example of how it works for you now and how you would want the prompt to be played instead?

Hi,

Same problem for me.

For example in turkey we have use num_1_0 for first queue but your system use num1 for first queue. it doesn't useful for our country. So we have to use NUM_1_0, NUM_2_O ..... for queue calls.
