Restart 3cx provided google cloud vm

As the title implies, does anyone know how to restart the 3cx provided google cloud vm, we're getting around 75% packet loss to the 3cx url and need to restart it as the phones won't register and the 3cx management page only partially loads.

I log into Google compute engine first and then open up a terminal session on the VM via the ssh link.

I have checked the services and everything since to be running at the moment. Your instance seems to running out of resources during high usage times so if the resources of the machine are not enough for the usage you need you could transfer the machine to your own instance where you can allocate more resources to the system.
