Restart 3cx provided google cloud

I have a 3cx google cloud instance running
Alloy support have told me to reboot the server

The process of setting this up was automated by PBX Express

I understand the url for the google cloud instance is console.cloud.google.com

I do not have any credentials to log into the cloud console and to reboot the server
How do I obtain these?

In order to access Google Cloud services you have to use the google account (usually a gmail account) that you used when you created the instance.
