restart service in administration 3cx

We have problème about interface administration. we have this message exception occurend restart services error, when we want restart service in administration interface.

the server is in domain, it's aspnet rights ?

Did the account that you installed 3CX with have local administrator rights on the machine?
Even if the server is on the domain it should not be ASP.Net rights unless you have a very locked down network using group policy settings or some other method.

We run 3CX on a windows 2003 member server on the domain with no problems. If 3CX is installed on a Domain Controller then there could be problems if a policy restriction is in place.
