Restore v14 backup to v15 with IIS

I'm looking to move our 3CX installation from one server to another and at the same time upgrade to v15. I run through the install/restore just fine, but IIS is never 'affected' and 3CX doesn't work. Is this something I'm doing wrong or does the restore option in the V15 installer not correctly configure IIS?

Ugh. That sucks for those of us that standardize on IIS. Not end of the world, but... sucks.
