Restore without backup

Hi all

I have a customer running on Windows.

The Windows OS is trashed but I have all the files.

Is it possible to reinstall and copy over the top of 3CX?

Hi.

Not really, and this is not something that is supported anyway.
If no backup was taken, you will have to reconfigure your PBX from scratch as there is no way to export the database and then restore it in the current PBX.

To do this properly you need to use a backup. Did you check the default backup location? C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Backups
