One of our customers have a JSON file of their old chats and I need to restore the chats from the file to their 3cx app to restore the messages. They are running 3cx Pro v.20. Does anyone possibly know how or where I can restore a chat from a JSON file in 3cx? Thank you to anyone in advance for your help.
