Hello everyone,
I have a task to set up a restriction for incoming calls to a single internal extension (for example, 3403) in 3CX.
Only a specific list of 15 extensions should be able to call this number.
If someone else tries to call, the call should be immediately dropped or redirected, for example, to an IVR or a “number unavailable” message.
As far as I can tell, there is no built-in option like “Allow calls only from these extensions” (at least not in 3CX v20.0 Update 7 Build 1060).
I’d like to know if this can be implemented in any way — through the Call Flow Designer (CFD), a custom routing rule, or perhaps using some hidden PBX parameters.
I’d really appreciate if anyone could share their experience or an example of a similar setup.
Thanks in advance for your help!
