Reversed initials

I get that names are shown surname first, because we sort by surname so it makes sense for the surname to be first, but seeing someone's initials that way looks wierd.

Can I configure it to show initials the "normal" way.

I'm sure I saw an option for name order somewhere but I can't find it now.

I did look there but missed it because I was expecting Options to be the rightmost entry.
