Revoking 3CX license key

Hello all,
One of our client were having 3CX Pro system running and due to their business shutdown, they have killed the installation totally. Currently the client needs to use the license with other FQDN. Please advise the possibilities...

Hi @rinchu,

They can log in to their customer portal and release the FQDN, this will allow them to reinstall the key to another FQDN. This can be done under the Subscriptions section >> [Find the key - click on the KEY number] >> Release.
