Ring All RG Only Ringing 1 Extension

Good morning-

I am running V16 and have a ring group configured with the ring all strategy with 2 members. For some reason, when this ring group is called either by internal extension or external DID, it is only ringing 1 extension.

Both extensions are online, and both are set to accept calls from ring groups.
I've created a new ring group with the same scenario and am experiencing the same results.

Any ideas? I appreciate it!

Check the activity log to see what is happening to the call,

Is one of the phones in DND status, can you ring the extension normally.

Is the other phone in DND?
Can you call it internally?
Has the firewall check passed?
Does the user have allow hunt group calls ticked?

if you move up 2372 first place in RG, is it ringing or always only 2371 ?
