Ring control

Hi all,
Could anybody tell me where can I configure the default client to ring?
I have an IP phone at the office and the android client in my smarth phone. When I am in the office I want the calls to ring in my IP phone, but when I am out of the office I want them to ring in my smart phone, not in both places.

Hi Matias,

If you have two (or more) devices assigned to your extension, they will all ring when a call comes in.

The option you have is to disable the smartphone from ringing when you are in the office, via your statuses (PUSH can be disabled per status now).

I need to ring on my 3cx extension on my smartphone only.

OK, that is my problem.
If the ip phone rings and someone in the office answers before me, I lose the call.

So you cannot select in which client or device to ring?

Don't use the same extension, one for deskphone during OH and another for smartphone during OOH

If you have a Pro license, the Hot Desking feature allows you to log out of your deskphone so it will not receive any calls, while your Android client remains operational (out of office)

When you return, you log in to your deskphone again, and switch the Android client to a no-PUSH profile. Now, only the deskphone rings while you are in the office.

Why are people answering your desk phone? Turn the desk phone ringer down low enough that you can hear it, if you are at your desk, but not loud enough that anyone else nearby will be bothered. And tell them not to answer your phone.
