Hi All,
Working on a hotel project with around 40 rooms.
So far so good, however, they are used to having a night mode where they can hit a button and "Divert" calls to a mobile. Fairly easy that bit to emulate using the Out of Office dial code.
Couple of cavets I would like to work out.
Coming from an IP Office background, I could do this in Voice Mail Pro with an Auto Attendant to put groups in and out of night service and change forwarding numbers etc.
Cheers!
Sean

- Out of office mode with option to send calls to a different mobile phone - currently using a dummy extn they log into and change the mobile number and with Ring my mobile simultaneously set on.
- Forwarding calls to a ring group to this dummy extn when rooms call reception out of hours. Currently they have a button that dials the ring group number. I could set up the overflow strategy to the dummy extn however this isnt particuarly useful as I have calls overflowing to a couple of DECT phones too.
