Ring Group calling additional users

I have a ring group thats setup to call certain extensions all at once.
however. it appears to randomly be dialing additional users. not in the ring group?

how can i resolve this?

Hi!

This could be (...and probably is tbh...) due to settings you as the admin has done, or your users, like settings forwarding on their IP Phones is just an example.

The first thing you need to do is go to Dashboard --> Activity Log --> Settings and set it to either Medium or Verbose.
Then wait for a call like this to happen, and go to the Activity Log and try to find what triggered the system to send the call to extensions you didn't expect.

It could be any number of things, too many to guess in my opinion.
