I know this has been discussed previously but cannot see any real answer.
We have a client that is using a variety of Yealink deskphones, they have a main ring group which rings 4-5 extensions in a ring-all fashion.
The receptionist is not happy as if she is away from her desk doing other functions and comes back to see a missed call, she cannot tell if someone in the ring-group picked up and answered the call.
I am aware of the dilemma, the phone rang and wasn't answered so the phone DOES have a missed call however she needs to know if the ring-group has had a missed call.
Make sense ?
Is it possible ?
v9 of 3CX is installed locally, receptionist has a T28P, others are T20s.
Can't figure it out and I'm getting serious grief on it, any help/advice welcome.
