Ring Group Missed calls

Hi all, is it posible when an incoming call answerd from a ring group of 5 extensions (ring all strategy) to show missed call to the other 4 ? System never shows missed call to others as i think 3cx informs the other 4 tha call has been answred

When the ring strategy is Ring All and one member answers the call then there is no missed call to the other extensions.
To get missed calls to show up on other extensions you will need to use the "Prioritised Hunt" strategy. The extensions that where polled but did not answer will receive a missed call.

The behaviour that you desire, was the way 3CX handled ring group calls, in past versions, causing many complaints as users didn't want to see a missed call.

No, currently there is no way to change the default behaviour of the PBX
