It's set to 60sec and there's nothing you can do to change it.Hi,
Is there any way to change the ring group no answer timeout in Startup Pro? Client is suggesting it's ringing for far too long and customers are hanging up. What is the default set to?
A dedicated Pro is barely 50$ more and gives you all the control you need.Okay, thanks for the reply. Again, really dissapointing something so basic can't be modified. Having serious doubts offering this to any future customers. It's unfortunate because it's the right price band to attract new clients of a certain business size but it seems to be falling short on basic features for a basic system.

Call back from a voicemail is already implemented in the Webclient > Voicemails, the little phone button. I believe the audio menu when dialing 999(99999 on StartUP) also has it.$50?? Don't know where you get your pricing from but it's a bit more than that for me I believe.
The client would like this function plus the ability to call back from a voicemail. Do these both work with a dedicated pro?
Probably just exchange rates based on the USD prices. It's more expensive in the UK then!

I doubt there's so much of a difference.
Option 4 after a message is played should redial the number.Going back to the call back from VM. Is that available when listening to a message on a handset with Startup Pro?

It's not to be enabled. It should be in the menu already. StartUP is just a dedicated system with group restrictions. It has the same backend engine.I don't believe you can enable this in Startup pro. If you can, where?

Probably a bug. It's in the menu, it doesn't work though.
Probably a bug.
What provider do you use?
I see, that sucks.I've had it confirmed that this feature doesn't work in Startup.
I see, that sucks.
It certainly is!I agree. Along with a host of basic features that are missing. I also agree going forward it's probably worth paying the extra for Dedicated Pro.
