I am currently using 3CX V14 SP3.
I have a need to create a ring group which calls 3 extensions in turn. I have tried configuring dummy extensions that are not registered that all they do is forward to the mobile number, but that has not worked unless I choose call mobile and extension at the same time. I tried setting it up so when the status of an actual extension is set to away then to call the number but nothing there either.
When calling one of these extensions directly the call goes straight to the mobile as expected. However, when calling the ring group none of the mobiles are called:
Is there any way around this - I'm trying to setup a couple of out of hours ring groups which try a number of mobiles.
