I set up forwarding rules ,if no response , will forward the call to my mobille , but the problem is when i call the DID, it will busy ring, not a normal ring. if i call the ring group virtual number ,it will stuck at there , after 3 seconds ,hung up.@Frank Yu Hi there.
Does it mean you have the option, " Ring my mobile simultaneously"?
1 no one answersWe need some of the clarifications here:
- Forwarding rule of extension to transfer the call or of the Ring group to send the call if no one answers?
- Are you able to call to that number directly from the PBX without any issue?
- Does your outbound rule only have a prefix there, or some other fields (length, extensions, extensions group etc.) are there too?
Any way we can make agents registered. If you had extensions that were not registered, then this was the issue.yes, the, same, story with call queue.we want to forward the call,to mobile when agent leave office.but their agents not registered.
The same story as call queue, the scene is we want to forward the queue call to agent's mobile when they leave office. But if the client not registered, the call won't forward. Anyway, we can make the client registered. If you had extensions that were not registered, then this was the issue.
you know, there is limitation to access google market and apple store in china. Can they use the 3CX mobile app directly?
yeah, it works fine on ring group. How about call queue? If we check this option even client unregistered will work fine? You could use the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" so your mobile number will ring when the call comes into the Queue.
Just make sure that your outbound rule only uses a Prefix and no other fields are included.
Thanks for introduction, it works fine under logged status. When you create an extension, it's login by default. Enabling the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" makes the extension kind of registered on the PBX as once you call it, it will ring an external number, the one you have placed in the Mobile number section of the extension (General tab >> User information).
Glad to hear you have found your solution
Have a nice day
