Ring groups and TAPI

Good morning,

I'm having an issue regarding the implementation with TAPI multiline while using Ring groups, in my office we have a software that will open the customer if it recognize the phone number, the issue I'm having is that 3CX clients sees the incoming number like this : "0085855745 : Ring Group".

TAPI doesn't recognize it, is there a way to hide the Ring Group name, or is there a way that I can set up a ring sequence that will only show the caller ID or number?

only if you disable it for the full PBX, just for the Tapi it is not possible.

I've managed to make TAPI work by switching from using Ring groups to Call Queues, Call Queues strangely enough work, don't ask me why
