Solved Ring groups simultaneous call not ringing on all phones.

We experience issues when multiples call coming, only one call offer to all members, we want multiple call ring simultaneously on all extensions, we heard something about this parameter Settings --> Parameters --> ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP=1 but we can't on the hosted version. Any workaround for this ? We want to migrate our avaya system but without getting this feature up it's impossible for us to move forward. Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
as per 3cx manual and Academy, Ring Groups where never designed to have accept multiple calls.
I would recommend to use Queues where agents will receive 1 call every time but if there are multiple callers, they will wait in the Queue listening music on hold (or the message you select) until an agent is free.
Parameter you mentioned was never supported from 3cx and on the hosted solution of 3cx, we offer a vanilla PBX with the default behavior.
