Ring groups

Is it possible to show ring groups in the receptionist view of the 3CXphone for windows? It would be even better if I could remove the view of the extensions which are in the ringgroups and just display the ringgroup?

Except...the ring group is only engaged while it is ringing sets within the group. Once someone, in the group answers, it returns to being idle.

Is the issue, that the receptionist is attempting to put calls through to a ring group while the last call still goes unanswered?
