Ring My Mobile Simultaneously Option: Short Ring Duration

Hi all,

I've been using the 'Ring my mobile simultaneously' option in Forwarding Rules and I am wondering the following if you can change the ringing duration to a little bit longer? This option is associated to an extension that is logged into a queue. Right now, it only rings my mobile phone for a total of 3 seconds then stops ringing it. It then calls back about 10 seconds later and rings for 3 seconds. Is there a way to increase the ringing time?

As it stands now, I have to jump on the phone to answer it the first cycle.

How long does it take for the mobile to first start rining? maybe this is a delay in the call setup

Can you do this again and send us a copy of the 3CX Logs
