Ring my mobile simultaniously**OK

Hi!

I updated to v10 and found that it's not possible to activate in Free Edition "Ring my mobile simultaniously" and some other features that was in v9.

Is it some kind of bug? Or is it official changes that it can't be activated in FreeEdition?
