We have a problem whereby since the latest firmware update (yesterday) all of the call centre staff are complaining that their Fanvil X2's ringer is sounding through their headset at a very high (deafening) volume and that the volume can not be lowered using any of the (3) volume options on the phones themselves.
I've tried it myself and it is quite unpleasant so it must be very annoying when they are answering their 100th call of the day...
Before the update I don't think the ringer sounded through the headset at all.
I know that this is (probably) down to Fanvil but given that we need to be on a supported firmware can anyone think of a fix or workaround?
The phones themselves are configured as hot desking.
