Ring Tone Changes

I have a client who decided to use only mobile and desktop applications and now they are driving me nuts. They want the ring tones changed. I cannot find anything here and this is one of my biggest customers to date. We've deployed over 50 sellable lines and for something like this, im not about to lose this contract. Please help anyone!

Ive tried using both type of windows applications, cant find it

Please be informed that you cannot change the Ringtone in Desktop App.
Unfortunately, there are no settings within the apps to change the Ringtone.

What about changing the ringtone volume, separate from the call volume?

There is no option to control volume from the Desktop App.
The volume for both the ringtone and the call volume, is controlled from the device that are set to.
