ring tone for each "Q"

Can we how have an extension in 2 "Q"s and have different ring tones for each?

Having extension in several Q is ok, and same entension in Q with 2 ringtones is not possible.
in extensions options for deskphones you can choose only 1 for default and 1 for Q ringing.

What is your real problem with same ringing ?

You need v15.5 sp6, This should be the minimal version you should be running

Are you running Pro or enterprise license - as I think it does not work with standard license

running V16 Pro, have 2 "Q"s and everyone is in them and don't see anywhere to do anything with the "Q" ringtones.

Two part setup

Settings - Phone / App options , tick ‘use custom ringtones xxx’

Extension - Phone Proviosiong , click on blue box ‘+ custom queue ringtones’

What phones are you using, as this function may not be available on all phones , also did you provision them thru 3cx using 3cx templates
