Hello,

We have a RingAll Ring Group with 6 extensions, 3 DIDs assigned, and 'Voicemail box for Extension" for Destination if no answer.
When someone calls the DID, all Fanvil X4 phones assigned to those extensions will ring. If Member 1 answers, there will be a missed call on all other 5 Members phones.
From my understanding, if the Ring Group is configured as RingAll, there should be no missed call notification if a Member answers the incoming call.
Is this still supposed to be true?

Hi @rprowe,

Correct, if you have the RG set to Ring All, there should be no missed call on the others.

To test, create a new RG and add 2 new extensions to it. Does it exhibit the same behaviour?

I'm wondering if, they are, in fact, receiving the "Call completed elsewhere" message, from 3CX (can be confirmed in the Activity Log, or with Wireshark), but are ignoring it, because of a set option, or (old?) firmware.

In the logs I am seeing this below for the other 5 phones when a Member answers a call to the Ring Group.

Call(C:705): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from

Hi @rprowe,

Call(C:705): Call to <sip:[email protected]:0> has failed; Cause: 487 Request Terminated/INVITE from
This could mean that the caller hung up or the PBX terminated the call. I'd suggest running the test I suggested above and checking the results.
