yeah i just hope that 3cx dev team dont change this and instead, work on making the SP feature more usable.

When parking you have to transfer the call to the dummy line associated to the SP that you want to use, and when unparking you just have to call the desired dummy extension, easy enough, much simpler than using *0x / *1x to park/unpark calls.
If you use phones with BLF - Shared parking is implemented exact for this environment.
If you use legacy devices which have very limited functionality then *1/*0 is the best choice. Of course, it is not so advanced as shared parking, but you can use it very effective.

Slightly rude, isn't it? ;)

Sorry Stepan if you misunderstood me, I never meant to be rude, you guys are doing a great job with 3cx, but i just think that using the SPx on the BLFs environment is limiting the capabilities of this feature, which i find much more user friendly than the *0 / *1 parking approach.

You know that a lot of our customers are coming from old PBX systems, and the IP-PBX enviroment is totally new for them, so having the option to re-create, or at least simplify, some common scenarios from the older PBX systems, like the hold-transfer/unhold-transfer (in the 3cx case, park/unpark) calls with a touch of a button would be a great selling point for all the dealers.
